Memphis/Shelby County Domestic Violence Council (MSCDVC) is a diverse, interdisciplinary coalition supported by public, private and volunteer efforts that develops and implements practical, measurable, outcome strategies to reduce and prevent domestic violence.

The Council represents a range of professions and agencies in Shelby County including city and county law enforcement, the District Attorney's office, various community victims' assistance programs, the judiciary, research institutions, and faith-based organizations.
